Family office support
One coordinated view of your family's affairs.
As financial affairs become more complex, having the right information — and the right people working together — becomes increasingly important. Our family office support brings structure to accounting, reporting and financial administration, while working alongside your existing professional advisers.
The idea
Structure, not another layer.
Most family groups do not lack advisers. What they lack is a single, consistent view of the whole — and someone whose role is to keep that view current.
We provide that role from an accounting perspective: reporting, compliance coordination and administration, prepared to a rhythm the family can rely on.

Cash-flow visibility & administration
Practical financial administration and clear visibility of movements across the group.
Collaboration with advisers
Working alongside legal, investment and other professional advisers already involved.
Suitability
Who it may suit.
- Families operating several entities established over many years
- Business owners whose company and family affairs have become intertwined
- Families with members, income or assets in more than one country
- Families who want coordination without building an internal team
- Groups where reporting currently arrives from several sources, at several times
Working with others
Alongside your advisers.
Where you have an existing accountant, adviser or in-house finance support, we can work alongside them on an agreed basis — providing consolidated reporting and coordination while they continue in their role.
Where you would prefer a single point of accountability for the accounting and tax work, we can take that on. Either way, responsibilities are documented before the work begins.

Questions
Frequently asked.
A tailored engagement always begins with a conversation about scope.
- What does family office support mean in an accounting-firm context?
- It means bringing the accounting, tax, reporting and financial administration of a family group together into one coordinated service. It does not mean managing investments or holding assets — those remain with appropriately licensed advisers and institutions.
- Can you work with our existing accountant or advisers?
- Yes, where that is agreed. Some families ask us to take on the accounting and tax work in full; others ask us to coordinate reporting across advisers who are already in place. Both arrangements are set out clearly in the engagement scope.
- We have connections overseas. Is that a problem?
- No. We address the Australian tax and reporting position and coordinate with overseas advisers where local advice is required in another jurisdiction.
- What happens in the initial conversation?
- We discuss your circumstances, the entities involved, the advisers already engaged and what you would like to be different. From there we propose a scope of work for your consideration. There is no obligation to proceed.
